MAX Solutions Certificate Verification Service
This free service allows you to verify certificates issued to students who have completed training with MAX Solutions (RTO 0667)To search for a certificate record, please complete all required fields accurately. Pay close attention to the spelling and punctuation of the student’s first and last names.
If the result is not as expected:
• Confirm whether the student’s name has changed since the certificate was issued.
• Contact the Learning Team at info@maxsolutions.edu.au for support.
Please note:
• Certificates for recent graduates may take up to 28 days to appear in the system.
Manual Verification Requests
If your search is unsuccessful and you require a manual check, contact the Learning Team at info@maxsolutions.edu.au; we ask that you supply the following essential information:
• Student’s first name, surname, and date of birth
• Certificate number
• Signed consent from the awardee
